In 2017, we have decided that only buying large volume direct from factories, can the unit cost drop significantly. And with our close relationship among all of our factories in China, Malaysia, Vietnam, USA, and Canadian mattress manufacturers, we cut the middlemen and directly pass all our saving to customers.

The senior management team visits our major suppliers twice a year, making sure the quality of the products that we carry is supreme. All of our furniture and mattress have three to ten years manufactory and retail warranty. We let our customers contact our store sales staff to claim warranty coverage instead of calling the 1800 manufacture customer service number.

Showroom 2011

Chen's first showroom. He rented a small 800 square foot apartment as a showroom and started selling second-hand mattresses. Chen did not have a warehouse to stock inventory so if a customer wanted to buy a mattress he would deliver the mattress to the customer himself.
